Sigma manufacture supply a wide range of bespoke rubber parts for many applications. Our rubber moulding manufacturing process, rubber materials and associated processes utilize the highest workmanship and material quality. This includes a range of advanced injection moulded engineering elastomers.
We are experienced in the engineering of case-joints for IP Rated products, often including such features as cable exit grommets and fixing-seals. We compression mould and injection mould to produce custom rubber parts. Most commonly; EPDM, NBR, TPE, TPU and Silicone. For demanding applications and EMC we use exotic performance rubbers and conductive rubbers.
Custom Rubber Mouldings
Our IP rated enclosures require gaskets and seals. To keep costs low, we integrate features such as cable exits, antenna housings and fixing seals. We also mould with conductive rubbers if the product has an EMC/RFI requirement.

Custom Rubber Keypads
Well worth the investment; this is an effective process for shock protection, ingress protection and improvement of aesthetics. It is possible to incorporate seals, glands and buttons - decreasing the number of parts and assembly time.

We also produce rubber prototypes in the model shop. We cast our rubber prototypes to mimic production materials. These vastly out-perform 3D-printed rubbers.
